Meditation Therapy

About Guru Ranjit Deora

Guru Ranjit Deora is a meditation master teacher.  He is the owner of Charlotte Meditation and co-founder of Youth Meditation, a non-profit organization bringing mindfulness meditation into schools.

He brings the timeless wisdom of the east to bear upon the urgent questions facing men and women today.  He speaks of the search for harmony, wholeness and love that lies at the core of all spiritual traditions.  And he does all of this with great joy! 

Ranjit addresses virtually every aspect of the development of the human consciousness.  His teaching covers the challenges of love and creativity to the significance of health and meditation.  He believes that to know one’s self is to know all.  Through a simple process of inner observation you can come to realize yourself.
