This is an 8-week Course
Presented in the comfortable and centrally located Charlotte Meditation center in Myers Park
Personalized and private 1:1 instruction with Guru Ranjit or Angela Gala
Each weekly session is 60 minutes, at your convenience (scheduled upfront after your initial conversation and can change weekly to accommodate your schedule)
Available any time 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday
